Every piece we make starts with an impression you take at home. The kit contains dental-grade putty, a tray, illustrated instructions and enough spare material to redo it if the first attempt is poor — which is common and completely fine.

The two things that ruin an impression are rushing the mix and not seating the tray fully. Both are covered in the instructions, and we would far rather post you more putty than cast from a mould we are unsure of. If yours arrives unclear, we will tell you and send another kit rather than guessing.

Return postage is prepaid. From the moment a good impression reaches us, casting and finishing runs on a schedule we will give you in writing, and we photograph the piece on your own model before it ships.

How fast will my order arrive?

What if I take a bad impression?

Very common, and not a problem. The kit includes spare putty, and if what arrives is unclear we will say so and post another kit at no charge rather than cast from it. A guessed fit is worse than a delay.

Do I need to see a dentist?

Not for the impression — the kit is designed to be taken at home. You should see a dentist if you have pain, loose teeth, gum disease or recent dental work; a grill is jewellery and is not a treatment for anything.
