Custom grillz questions, answered.

Everything buyers ask before they order — minimums, timings, artwork and print options.

Is a grill permanent?

No. Everything we make is removable jewellery. Nothing is bonded, cemented or fixed to your teeth, and any supplier offering to permanently attach one is describing dentistry, not jewellery.

Can I eat or sleep wearing it?

No. Take it out to eat, drink anything but water, and sleep. Food trapped between metal and enamel is the main way grills cause problems, and it is entirely avoidable.

What is the minimum order?

A single piece is a normal order. Trade and white-label orders start from 12 pieces with tiered pricing.

How does the fitting work?

We post you a dental-grade impression kit with spare putty, illustrated instructions and prepaid return postage. You take the impression at home and send it back; we cast from it and keep the mould on file for future pieces.

How long does it take?

From the moment a good impression reaches us, about 2 weeks for plain metal pieces and longer for hand-set stones. We give a written date rather than an estimate, and we photograph the finished piece on your own model before shipping.

Which metal should I choose?

Sterling silver for a first piece. 10K gold if it will be handled daily, 14K as the all-round default, 18K for the richest colour. Platinum if you want the hardest-wearing white metal and the budget allows.

Will stones fall out?

Not if they are hand-set into cut seats. Glued stones fail with heat, moisture and handling, which is exactly what a grill lives in. We do not glue stones and we will re-set an individual stone if one is ever lost.

What if I have a dental problem?

See a dentist first. Grills are jewellery and are not a treatment for a chipped, loose or painful tooth, and a piece cast over an unresolved problem will make it harder to treat later.
