Customized Grillz casts custom dental jewellery to order — solid 10K, 14K and 18K gold, hand-set diamond and stone pieces, sterling silver and platinum, single caps and fangs, open-face and engraved designs — every one made from an impression of your own teeth.
Two things about this product are worth saying before anything else. Everything we make is removable: nothing is bonded, cemented or permanently attached to a tooth. And nothing should be worn while eating or sleeping — food trapped between metal and enamel is the one way a grill causes real harm, and it is completely avoidable.
The third thing is fit. A grill cast to a size chart rocks, pinches the gum line and comes loose when you talk. A grill cast from an impression of your own teeth does none of that, which is why an impression kit is the first thing we send and why we will refuse to cast from a mould we cannot read.
Everything after that — karat, stones, open face, engraving — is preference. These three are not.
Why we exist
The category is full of plated brass sold as gold, glued stones sold as set, and stock sizes sold as custom. All three look identical in a photograph and all three fail within months.
We cast solid metal, we hand-set stones into cut seats, and we cast from your impression. We also tell you when a cheaper option is the right one — sterling silver for a first piece, lab-grown stones instead of natural, a single cap instead of a full set.
What we actually make
Solid gold in 10K, 14K and 18K, yellow, white or rose. Hand-set diamond and stone pieces in prong, bezel and invisible settings, in natural, lab-grown or cubic zirconia. Sterling silver and platinum. Single tooth caps and canine fangs. Open-face windows, cut-out letters and motifs, hand engraving and two-tone finishes. And the impression kits everything starts from, posted with spare putty and prepaid return.
Your mould is kept on file, so a second piece needs no new impression.
How we price
No dollar figures on this site. Price moves with metal, karat, coverage, stones and setting work, and the range across those is enormous. Send what you have in mind and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are holding a cheaper one for the same specification.
What we will not do
We will not permanently attach anything to your teeth — that is dentistry and it is not what this is. We will not glue stones. We will not cast from an unclear impression. And if you tell us you have a chipped, loose or painful tooth, we will tell you to see a dentist first, because a piece cast over an unresolved problem makes it harder to treat later.
